hello there, I am wondering what would be the best thing to do about my power valve, i use it to go to college and alot of offroading (green laning) so what would be the best thing to do, fully open it ? get a ypvs setup or keep it closed ?

Hey guys, I'm new here, so I want to ask about fuel consumption. Does the bike use much more fuel? I'm interested in de-restricting it, but I want to know if I will be able to afford it if fuel consumption is twice as it was. Started new topic as I didn't get an answer in the old one.

hey all done alot of engine work before on previous bikes such as scooters and geared am6 engines just started on a dt125r engine by raising the ports by a few mm whats your opinions and no it wont be a bodge job lol done plenty before :)

As title says i,ve noticed that when the power valve is at rest its flush in the exhuast port but when its in the open position its actually closing in the exhuast port is this a restriction if so how do you sort it thanks

Ive got a 02 dtr 125. I have read the info on this site about de-restricting them, ive got a full big one race pipe, removed the rev restriction, but can only get 65 at a push. It has a induction type sound at the end of each gear... Im pritty good with bikes, so got all the tools etc to mess with it but... How can...

bought full 2stroke set as was premix when i bought the bike, just wondering wich pipe goes where im not daft i just dont want to mix them up and **** it ,,, cheers guys

hey all got a dt125 bogging on take off but if choke is on works perfect it only bogs when choke is off and only when ure setting off but if u put choke on runs perfect no bogging any ideas ??

well my bike cut out now wont start, has a very weak spark. changed the coil and still no luck. if i leave if for about an hour it will start up for about 10secs but runs really rough and will cut out again. anyone no whats going on
