Blowing pipe

Well wen id rebuilt bike n got it on the road av discovered pipe out of end cans like a tea bag so tried exhaust paste n a bandage but the thing is I can still hear it blowing ! Am I goin nuts or is that possible ? Wen I put my head down nr clocks the sound is gone but if im sat upright or turnin my head its much louder ....

Right so ive just filled coolant up well as much as it would take ,about 3/4 of a litre so far . Filled engine with Silkolene comp 4 10w-30 on casing and in owners manual it states 750cc of oil so ive put that quantity in but its way high on the glass in fact above it ! Maybe its because its not been pumped round...

right need some advice people my bike has no oil in 2t pump as its been stripped ! So if i put 2 litres of petrol in tank how much 2t do i need in there as dont want to damage my engine by startin it without 2t.. was advised to run a bit of premix while pump bleeds air out so my question is How much 2t to a litre ???...

Can anyone tell me if its better to fit the carb to engine before puttin engine in the frame or do it after ?
