i have dt125r and i have big problem! radiator as lost water, ant put water in expansion tank and temp gauge is on full. I change head gasket 2 times but that dont solve my problem. i see bubbles when open radiator cap! how to solve that problem?

I have rebored my cylinder and the piston now is 57mm from 56mm.I believe that i have to rejet my carb.What do you think?One size bigger jet should be fine or not?Should i change only the main or the pilot together?I am thinking in the future putting an other silencer.Will i have to rejet it then?Thank...

i have recently bought a Yam TDR125 and it has 40000 miles on the clock i was just wondeing if thats bad as its a two stroke also where the hell is the idle screw can some one send a pic please

HiExcuse my lack of knowledge on these bikes but does the TDR engine produce more power? Will it fit into a 2000 DTR? Reading through the posts it appears that the standard exhaust with the restrictor is as good, if not better than a DEP front pipe. Already have a DEP silencer.

Has anybody got a set of forks? or can anybody suggest maybe another pair that will fit. Mine have a new set of seals and dust seals but they still leak, I think the crome must be so worn that the diameter of the forks is smaller, cost me nearly 60 quid to : ( Also I need a new seat cover, I have been quoted 50 qui...

on the deltabox tdr125 there is a honeycomb catalic inside the expansion chamber this is very restrictive for the bike to get rid of it simply grind a 2 1/2 inch by 2 1/2 inch square out of the expansion chamber and pull out the catalic then simply weld the plate back on.

Anyone know what the standard main jet size is? DTR is 210. Tonight i discovered mine is a 290. Possibly could have been rejetted in the past as it had a K&N fitted

what engine model number do you have its located on the side of the top end Mine is a 4fu00 which is supposed to be the daddy of all topends as it use a flat top piston not a dome one

on the replacement its a 3mb00 jas
