Hi Ive just orderd up a 15 tooth sprocket for my dtr 125 and was wondering does one tooth less on the front sprocket make much difference? i was hoping it will wheelie easy with one tooth less?

hello everyone, i noticed earlyer that my chain had about 8-10 cm of play on it. i looked through the haynes and found that it need about 2.5 - 4 cm of play. so ive now adjusted it but what i want to know is if there is anything i should look out for that the loose chain may have caused? ryan. -- Edited by plebpl o...

i didnt no were to put it so i put it in here im after a coloured ie blue renthal chain and sprocket for a 07 dtr any one no where to get them from or if they even do them for 07 dtr cheers

im thinking about getting a 18 tooth front sprocket for my dt instead of the standard 16 tooth but ive heard you loose alot of acceleration, has anybody fitted a 18 tooth sprocket to their biike if so could you tell me what the performance is like.

so i called yamaha to ask how much a 2 sprokets and a chain would cost and they said that they sell a whole set for 602 sek and that is about £ 51 is that a good price or should i look somewhere else?

is it the lower sprocket the better acceleration and the bigger the sproket better top end or is it the other way round??

rights dtr heads, how often do you all need to tighten your chain, coz a did it about a month ago and its really slack, i travel about 10 miles a days to work and back and pull the odd wheely. cheers

Have a 13 tooth front sprocket for my 98dt125 need to know if i also have to change the rear sprocket and chain.Am also going to peg the powervalve open does anyone have any thoughts as to how these mods will make the bike for going off road hill climbing and stuff as it struggles at the moment.

hi guys i have a dt125r 2001 it has a full dep pipe on it i have done the reed switch and the inlet manifold i have a 15 tooth front sprocket and 57 rear it does 75mph so if i put 16 tooth on front wud it make it better top end and say 45 on the back and help appreciated

Im getting my DEP System fitted when the bike hits the 600 miles, should be next monday. I wish to incrase the power more with out messing up the warranty. I was wondering about sproket kits and all the other things like that. If any one has any ideas or some know how that would be greatfull.
