the other day i was riding along in the rain and some nob going the other way sped through a massive puddle which went all over the bike , a split second later the bike startde dying but cleared , the nxt day i noticed wen going about 50/60 bike started dying down again so when i got home i replaced the air fil...

i just got a dt 125 r its got a dep end can ,the carb is f***ed on it leaking every where and all the screws are a chewed up so thinking of putting a bigger carb on ,my m8 has a keihin 39mm flat side for sale for 60 quid but i duno what size jets ill need ?????

every time i turn the tap on about 10sec l8er it leaks fule out i striped the carb down and it was ok for about half a mile then started it again can anyone help ???

bought a 96 dt125r in very good condition 5,500 miles 2 owners etc etc.previous owner didnt have much of a clue.i took it for a ride in a built up area thinkin mmmm seems a bit slow but decided to buy it anyway because of the condition bought a powervalve kit for it (servo,cables etc) battery wasnt chargin...

Hi, wtf is going on with my dt, it drinks 14 liters (3.1 gallons) per 100 kilometers, (62 miles) It has mikuni 32mm carb, 230 main jet, whitch seems good, and 35 idle jet, dont know about that. And 170cc kit. So yea, its running pretty nicely i think, just upset about the thirstynes of this little mobile....

DTR NEEDS SERIOUS HELP PLEASE !

My DTR 2001 reg , it will start with the choke on but then over revvs , then when i take the choke off it drops the revs rapid and if i dont manually keep revving the bike it will cut out The bike is rideable but i cant get it to idle on its own and kick starting it takes quite a few attempts ?

runs fine on qtr throtle but when i pull it right back cuts out and dies.also eating spark plugs.at the moment its in having crank seals done if its not that i have ran out of ideas your help would be great as its a sexy looking bike clean engine and fat grephics.cheers

Currently my 2-stroke bottle is full of Castrol Actevo which I just discovered is mineral oil, not the semi-sythetic type I thought it was. Oops I think I will use the fully sythetic stuff next time I go to Halfords, but it's pretty expensive. Where's the cheapest place to buy 2-stroke oil?

Loosing coolant, help please!!

I recently rebuilt the top end on my dt125r 1990. New piston and rings, little end and rebore. The first 100 miles everything went smoothly. Since then it has started to get hot ( about 3quarters up the dial just under the red)
Loads of coolant is coming out of the overflow pipe of the expans...
