Bike Bogging When Low Revs

Not DT Related but still a 2smoker none the less. So when bike starts it runs fine. Seems to only start on the choke. If you warm it up and shut choke down, When you try to pull away it bogs down and dies. If you keep choke on and pull away it works fine and goes up the revs how it should. Any idea what it could be?...
