Hi all. The when the headlights are on, the speed-o doesn't light up, but the RPM bit does. I have a 1997 DTR model if it helps. I'm guessing the bulb has gone? How easy is it to replace and what kind of bulb are we talking?

Hello. I have purchased a speedo drive from the bay of e. As my bike is not ready to test it out i put a screwdriver in to twist it to check the cable spins but it doesnt. Anyone got one? Just ordered one from Trailtech, didn't need all the sensor bolloks so only £65. Also why do people buy these off ebay? They're cheaper straight from Trailtech and easy over phone payment. Looks good, smaller than the Vapour so should fit snug

if i just turn igntion on are the clock lights supposed to light up or will they only turn on when engine running please? 2001 model? cna hear the powervalve turning etc when turned on, but no lights on clocks? also is wiring the headlights like others have done so that power to headlamps is on all time wis...

Not sure if anyone has covered this before but I had some KPH clocks and plan to put a converter on the back so the run in mph from now on. Obviously the clocks were showing the km covered so I needed to reset from 29k to 17m (roughly). I stripped back the clocks and re set. Once i get a chance i'll post up photos...

Does anyone know how the internals of the rev counter works? Since dropping my bike mine hasnt worked The cable spins the little metal bell it goes into but it doesnt seem to connect to anything else! Any ideas? Cheers!

anyone had there screens on there clocks crack i pulled up at home and they looked fine came out about a houre later and there all cracked but not as in smashed as in strees cracks and im confused has anyone else experianced this
