read on here that dt 125 is restricted in the carb is this true i have a 2006 dt 125 x with a full dep system the speedo restricted took the snorkle off the air box i just feel it could be faster the bottom end if so what carb do i fit to make it faster and wher can i get any help greatly appreciated

Hi guys.I have a tdr belgarda and i stripped it down for a repaint.I noticed that my cylinder head has no code on it,neither 3bn nor 3mb.I remember when i rebuilt the engine that from the inside didn't have the squish groove so it's definetelly not a 3bn.Could it be a 4fu?

Seen bits and bobs of info around the forum, but am after a definitive guide on engine codes, where to find em, and what they mean/which are best etc. All i can find is the head code for mine (1989 DTR) which is y-2. whats that mean then?

just got a 2003 dt125 r nice looking bike 6500 miles on clock. starts great but seems to be chocking itself to start and the when warmed up splutters at 6000/7000 then ok at 8000 what could be the problem?

Fuel Issues?

So riding about today and all is well, after a couple hours I notice the bike had no power moving off in 1st gear. Then 2 mins later is just splutters out like it's out of fuel. 2002 DTR with an TM28SS carb. Is the float height 15.5 - 16.5mm or 20 - 21mm? Mines about 21mm but manual says is should be 15.5 - 16.5mm. But the bike runs fine and isnt flooding or overflowing.
