after a quick overall inspection ive noticed there is a fair bit of oil in my coolant tank. just had it rebuilt about 2000 miles and it runs perfectly which suggests gaskets should be ok. before i had it rebuilt there was oil in the coolant tank as the head gasket blew which suggests maybe just a bit of exc...

on the inlet side of the carb just after the boot finishes theres a brass tube for a hose to go on....if ur lookin at it from the kick start side where does it go 2 ????

hello i have a dt 125 re 2005 and the kick start does not engage i got the bike like this hopefully its nothing serious...basicall i have to tilt the bike to the right and then it will kick if the bike is upright as normal the kickstart does not engage....any ideas? will try get pics tomorrow

Since i used to have field bikes i used to always start it up and use it daily. This DTR needs work so it isn't getting used, It's stuck in kitchen. Engine hasn't been started for about 1 week as awaiting new loom. Are there any effects from leaving it standing for so long?

took the bike out to day half hay home the speedo just reads all the time i got home checked the cable unscrewed it wheel end twisted it and the speedo moved so its not the clocks so plugged it back in and it still does not read but a checked the clock and its fine :/

Hi Guys, Got a question, my accelaration is very good quite ballistic at times . I can acheive 65-70 mph in 5th gear at a push and with 10000 plus revs(not that I do this much!) but when I go to 6th gear it drops away and I can,t get any more than 8500 ish revs. It stays at 65mph give or take a bit, unless Im down...

I've got off road tyres on my Dtr, i've had them 3 months, and the rear tyre's tred is almost bald! Just wondering if anyone knows a decent set of road tyres rather than off road, otherwise im going to keep having to buy new tyres every 3 months! my limit is about 150 pound or so.hit me up a link,!cheers

I seem to have acceleration issues, me and my uncle have dtr's and his acceleration is so much better than mine! but we have the same top end about 80-85mph, my speedos de-restricted standard chain and sprockets on both of our bikes, what would be restricting my acceleration?any ideas?! Thanks!

i have a 54 plate dtre i have had it derestricted at a garage full dep exhaust and wire cut going from speedo to ecu and earthed but they said the inlet manifold induction going to reeds would have a benefit by cuting the reducer as it channels direct ait flow to the reeds anyway am geting the power valve now...

need a rebore and piston supplied, whos best ???? just found my piston is beat and cracked to f##k, any one know the best places for it to be rebored with a piston supplied (Only people have had it down please!!!)
